Your used equipment purchased from 101Computers has been inspected by our service department and approved for 30 day warranty coverage. What is covered? 100% coverage on all hardware, parts, and labor. No charge. If any component proves faulty on your used equipment purchase, 101Computers will repair or replace the item at no cost.

101Computers shall not be held liable for any damages resulting from the use or misuse of any product we sell. Items listed are subject to availability. Typos may occur. Please e-mail, call or fax to confirm product description, availability and pricing. Physically opening any component or breaking the warranty tags voids the customer warranty. Should it become necessary to return the product, the purchaser will pay the costs to return the item and 101Computers will pay the costs to ship the replacement. If the item returned cannot be repaired or exchanged 101Computers reserves the right to replace the equipment with something similar, of equal or greater value. This warranty does not cover items which are normally replaced periodically or consumed during the life of the equipment. Items not covered under warranty include, but are not limited to, batteries, ribbons, software, and printer cartridges.

What happens if you have a problem?
Everything you buy from 123Compute is backed by our 30-Day Limited guarantee against defects. If you encounter a defect with a hardware purchase it will be exchanged or repaired, at our option. To report a defect or to seek technical help, please click here for our online technical help form. We will attempt to contact you after we receive the form by either telephone or email. Please allow one working day for this.


How I return my defect hardware purchase?
If you encounter a defect with the hardware purchase it will be exchanged or repaired, at our option, unless it is covered by the manufacturer's warranty, in which case 123Compute will assist you in gaining satisfaction with the manufacturer.You must obtain a Return Authorization form from 123Compute within 30 days of date of purchase. What is a Return Authorization form ?
A Return Authorization form is a form has identificaiton number issued to a client who needs to return an item back to 123Compute for an exchange or credit. It is very important to have the a copy from Return Authorization form posted outside of a return package and to include ( Original invoice , second copy from Return Authorization number) with your FedEx or UPS airway bill in order to properly process any exchange or credit.


What if my order gets damaged while being delivered?
UPS and/or FEDEX usually include insurance on parcels.
